Glacial Crevasse

As we look into the crevasse, we gaze into the depths of time. At the face of the glacier, ancient ice finally melts and begins its long journey to the ocean.

In Alberta's Columbia Icefield, the face of this glacier succumbs to global warming, and recedes around 20 feet each year.
